6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by RIG & DIG SUPPLIERS and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you create and upload to the Platform, including invoices and client information.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
